My New Log--Hooray for my 1st Day !!

Hi everybody!

I am starting a new diet plan log for me. I want to show everyone what I eat like now and how I can change it. I have to thank Stevesmi for helping me so much with everything. I'm walking to store tomorrow to get new foods. --Wish me the luck. :D

First is how I eat now:

Breaakfast = cereall + milk, fruit
Lunch = sandwich with lunchmeat or peanut butter + jelly and potato chips + grape soda
Dinner = rice + salad or carrots broccoli + diet coke.
Dessert = lowfat ice cream or sorbet. I also eat (ate:D) a lot of McDonalds -- salads, burgers, shakes + fries. --Sometimes double helping :worried:

Here is new diet:

Breakfast = Eggs + 1t. Oil + toast + berries
Snack = Salad, cucumbr, lettuce, vinegar + lemon + mustard. SMALL juice
Lunch = Chicken, sweet potato, broccoli
Snack = Carrots + celergy + cumber
Dinner = Fish or chicken + spinach
Dessert = SMALL citrus juice

Again, I have to thank Stevesmi for putting me in right direction. I will kepp up posting.

make sure you squeeze those juices yourself. also you left out lots of water.. you should be drinking water nonstop all day

also no toast for breakfast. i don't even want to imagine what kind of shitty bread you are eating. just cut out the breads altogether for now.

I was telling other people posters that I couldn't post in the Female section becaseu I had NO gender...LOL so I went and changed it to girl.

Thanks a bunch Rockwilder for wishing me luck. So far, 2 days WITHOUT McDonaalds! Yippee!!
