Hi everybody!
I am starting a new diet plan log for me. I want to show everyone what I eat like now and how I can change it. I have to thank Stevesmi for helping me so much with everything. I'm walking to store tomorrow to get new foods. --Wish me the luck.
First is how I eat now:
Breaakfast = cereall + milk, fruit
Lunch = sandwich with lunchmeat or peanut butter + jelly and potato chips + grape soda
Dinner = rice + salad or carrots broccoli + diet coke.
Dessert = lowfat ice cream or sorbet. I also eat (ate) a lot of McDonalds -- salads, burgers, shakes + fries. --Sometimes double helping
Here is new diet:
Breakfast = Eggs + 1t. Oil + toast + berries
Snack = Salad, cucumbr, lettuce, vinegar + lemon + mustard. SMALL juice
Lunch = Chicken, sweet potato, broccoli
Snack = Carrots + celergy + cumber
Dinner = Fish or chicken + spinach
Dessert = SMALL citrus juice
Again, I have to thank Stevesmi for putting me in right direction. I will kepp up posting.
