My Follistatin results

Overview of my Follistatin trail.

From : (beginning date) Aug 12 - to current date Sept 15.

Actual Days of Follistatin use - 10 days ED starting Aug 12.

Beginning weight - 242
Ending weight after first 10 days - 245
Ending weight today (Sept 15) 248

Results - Bigger - harder and bodyfat dropped a bit.

Important to Note - I did not use any AAS with this. I haven't used any AAS at all in over 16 months. I did not do any cardio or change my diet at all while on it. These are important to note because I am sure if I were using AAS I would have gotten bigger. Likewise if I cleaned my diet a bit then I would have lost more bodyfat and if I added cardio would have really leaned out.

No I did not gain 10lbs in 10 days like some people are claiming. But my gains were steady and continued long after I stopped use. Though I suspected that people using AAS and HGH can easily achieve this.

If you are thinking of using this, here are some recommendations that I would suggest to you.

* Take first thing in morning on empty stomach. IM with 1/2 of dose directly into each of the muscles you are going to be working that day.

* Incorporate into an AAS cycle. It is suggested - and I advise you - taking a month off after each 10 day cycle. So pick long esters and do a 14-16 week cycle. 10 days at very beginning, 10 days at middle, 10 days at end. I would suggest Test Cyp and Deca (for joints. more below on this)

* Forget training heavy on this. Keep the reps for upper body around 10-12 and lower body around 15. You DO NOT want to use low reps 4-7 while on this because the side effect of sore joints and weak tendons is real. You could easily tear something off the bone once joint/tendon/ligament weakness and strain (dryness) sets in. Short blitz type programs where you focus on stimulating each muscle twice a week with short intense workout instead of longer volume training sets are more effective. 3 on 1 off would be best with 2 exercises 3 sets each for big muscle groups and 1 exercise 4 sets for smaller ones. Calves one day, Abs next 3 sets each for each.

* Hit the joint supps hard. Anything that is known to help with joint issues. G&C w MSM, fish oil, Vit E, etc... anything.

* If you use HGH with it, lower your dose slightly.

* This does deteriorate rapidly so make sure each vial is used within 7 days.
