My diet...........what would u change on it>

Ok ive been on this diet now for about 5 months..

Before diet i was 6'0 215 16%bf.. Im now 193 around 7%bf.

This here is my diet and maybe u guys could make it a little better for me or tell me what u would change on it.

Meal 1: 50g pro shake isopure,

Meal 2: 8 egg whites and i leave one yellow in there

Meal 3: nice lean steak

Meal 4: 8 egg whites

Meal 5: 50g shake, small container of cottage 1% cottoge cheese

Meal 6: piece of flounder with maybe some raw nuts.

Meal 7: 2 cans of albacore tuna

Meal 8: 50g shake.

Im also take ala, fish oils, flax in there with my meals, and all the vitamins i need..

What would u guys change here to make it better????
 
What kind of "shake" is it?

Anywya..I'd take the shake and move it to post workout. I think that may be meal 5 tho'. If so, replace meal 5 with just the shake. Stay away from fats after post workout. For the last meal of the day, leave it as protein and fat.

Also, you should add in another macronutrient with your plain tuna and eggwhite meals. Otherwise, the body may break down the protein for things other than going towards muscle preservation. I do think it's time to stop cutting tho'... 5 months...Time to eat big and put on some mass. If mass isn;t your thing, then time to just eat for staying in the middle.
 
yeah true, what Body said...you;re getting no fiber lol...Eat a bunch of green veggies man...And yes, more whole foods would be better, but if yuo;re on the go and really cant ,then, what can ya do...
 
More fat earlier in the day, cut out the shakes. Wow 150 grams of whey protien a day? Replace it with real food. Where are your raw green vegetables? Add 3-5 salids in there. I eat raw veggies with every meal, even when eating 12 meals a day, witht he exception of my post-workout shake.

hmm, i think you results speak for themselves, not to mention diet looks really good, clean and efficient, although your diet seems to be lacking in fat departments...you say you're taking efa's, but how much?! also if i'm not mistaken isn't Isopure a whey isolate...if so i'd suggest you only take it post workout otherwise it will be out of your system way too fast

also if you're concerned with fat loss (so it seems) i'd suggest starting your morning with low GI carbs or greens as others suggested...none of it will be stored as fat (i read a study where it was demonstrated that insulin sensitivity is elevated in AM/after you wake up, so why not take advantage of it?), will give you energy and really start up your metabolism
 
Thanx alot Juve and ill try throwing some greens in there...

Im basically to the point where ive leveled out as far as results and have to start trying different shyt as far as my diet goes...

I'm telling you, stop dieting and start bulking for a month or so, then diet again.
