Meal One: 1 cup oats 2 scoops of whey

Meal Two: Chicken Breast, Vegtables

Meal Three: Rice, Steak, Vegtables

Meal Four: More meat and vegtables

Workout

PWO 3 scoops of whey
100g of dextrose

Meal 5: Chicken vegtables, rice

Meal 6: Meat, Vegtables

3 scoops of whey and goodnight.

Im not gaining shit on this! its been 2 months.
 
First of all, if my calculations are correct, you are getting at least 160g of protein from whey. I'm not sure what your portion sizes are for the whole food proteins but I can say this, you don't have enough complex carbs in your diet. You need some rice, yams, whole wheat bread, grains and fruit(not complex). Cut back on the whey protein by half, and up your complex carbs by 100 grams at least!!! :Chef:
 
Your DIET IS AWESOME----if you want to lean out----maybe gain lean muscle mass and cut fat------add cardio in the morning and your abs will coming in no time!!!!!

Bro, if you want to gain weight---EAT MORE!!!! Add a ton more complex carbs and EAT even MORE PROTEIN----Change your shake to a higher CALORIC one----one MADE FOR BULKING........

(Your diet is like ANAVAR/WINSTROL when you NEED your diet to be like ANADROL/SUSTANON/DBOL,HGH, ETC!!!!!!!)
 
I would add about 400g of complex carbs to that diet.......and some EFAs.....lost half of the veggies, you are trying to build not cut bro!
