Well I am still in highschool and i am trying to get bigger i have been working on it for a few months now if you guys could give some tips or tell me what to add or what to take out or how many cals i should be getting or whaever that be sweet thanx dudes

stats
6'0
155 lbs
BF% i dunno prob like 15% maybe less not sure

-A cup and Half of oatmeal
-Protein Shake with one egg half a banana 1% milk 1 cup

lunch

Whole Wheat Pita
two cans of tuna
apple
yogurt
ounce Almonds

snack
Whole Wheat Bread 2 slices
2 table spoons natty pb
Can of Chicken or turkey

Dinner
Fish, turkey,Steak oz.
brown rice
veggies
A cup of fruit
1 cup % milk

Post work out shake

cals-2800 -3000
 
from your stats, you seem to have a lean figure with some fat. you're lucky to be young, b/c you can basically eat anything and everything and get away with it. if i were you, i would eat eat, and eat! be smart about it. your diet looks good, you just need to expand it to 6-7 meals, and add some more food in there. hit the weights hard and you should see some nice gains by the end of the winter.
 
I was thinking the exact same thing STEPOFF before I even saw your reply. Karma for you :) Diet looks good but you would benefit from those extra couple meals.
