If your still sick and go to the gym I'm figuring a lot more people will be getting that cold of yours. Wait till it's gone and maybe do your sit ups, pushups, etc..at home.

Damn, I must have a kick ass Immune system because mine usually only last 4-5 days at most and I rarely get them anyway.
Maybe once a year at most...
Vit C and Ecanasia(sp?) when you forst feel it coming on helps reduce the time it lasts...
