More fat, less prot in the early days. Add flax and olive oil. Drop the PB until you are in keto. Make sure you are doing LOTS (60-90min) of low intensity cardio in the early days...gotta burn up the carbs floating around your system. Take lots of ALA also...it will help your liver give up it's stored glycogen which is important for getting into ketosis. I'm not very confident in keto stix but you should try them anyway...if you drink a lot of water they tend not to register anything which can be discouraging. My piss had a very distinct smell when I was in ketosis.

First thing in the morning I'd have 4 spoons of flax oil while I was getting ready for work and then have 3 eggs and some bacon an hour later for breakfast. dinner was my heaviest prot meal of the day. Feel free to eat lots of green veggies too...mostly fiber so it won't impact your total carb count...dip them in full-fat ranch for flavor and extra fats.
