My cat PEED on my chair.

I'm an animal lover. don't get me wrong, but this animal is DESTRUCTIVE and NASTY, and too dirty to have around a baby. If I leave his door open, she gets in his crib. I've been trying to find her a home for a YEAR now. No lie. No one wants her.

Take her to a rescue agency. They will foster her as long as she needs to be fostered till they find her someone who will love her.

I HATE my cat. I can't even tell you how much. She has peed in my bed, scratched up my furniture, scratched my carpet up, gets her nasty hair EVERYWHERE and you can't vaccuum this stuff up. It's like crazy glue. It is mere guilt that keeps me from dropping her at the pound TODAY.

Yesterday, I came home and sat down on the chair with devin and thought, "Hmmm..why is my butt wet? I must have let a bottle leak on the chair?" Then, I thought about it more and realized that I KNEW I didn't do that. THEN THE SMELL HIT ME!!! Holy crap! I wanted to KILL that cat. So, I took all the cushions off and sprayed them with an enzyme cleaner made just for that purpose and aired them out in the sun for hours. JESUS that is NASTY! Thank goodness this cleaner actually was the bomb and took the smell out, but that is just gross. I want to strangle this cat on a daily basis.

By the way, cats are not dumb. Usually when they pee in places they shouldn't, they are sending a message. Or she could be sick somehow. peeing all over the place is not normal behavior.

She did it the first day that I had her and she is and has been in perfect health.

I've had her checked by the vet -- no infections, no problems.


Another thing she does that makes me nuts is she throws all of her litter out of her box. She will literally stand outside her box and dig it all out on the floor.



I'm at my wits end with her. Truly I am.

the first day she was probably scared by a new environment. Then she probably sensed your displeasure and has been uncomfortable since.

Cats peeing out of the litter box is a way that they tell you that a) they are sick, b) they are pissed off and c) you are messy and your entire house is like a litter box.

The litter throw is kinda common, though not usually from outside the box lol. there are tops you can put on it to prevent some of it.
