I took out the tape today and measured a few things and found out my bicepts are the same size as my calves. Damn, I knew my calves were puny but shit. Am I the only one with this problem? I've done some research on calf workouts but I do most of the workouts already. Still have puny calves. Any input? My bi's and calves are 13". I'm 5'8" and 140lbs.
