My Bulking Diet

Ok so I havnt really had anyone help me with my diet so if anyone can give their opinion, Im bulking right now.

Meal 1 1 bowl or raisan band , 1 yogurt, 1 banana
meal 2 protien shake
meal 3 16 piece's of lean deli sandwich meat, 1 cup cottage cheese
meal 4 protien shake
meal 5 2 peanut butter and jelly snadwiches, 1 glass milk
meal 6 usually chiken breast and veggies
meal 7 protien shake

somtimes something sweet before bed like some oreos and a glass of milk

does this seem like enough food for me to bulk on?

im 6,2 currently wiehing 220, and 13.5% bf
 
Run that through fitday and see what comes out, doesnt look like there is much there ....

I am 6' 3" 140lbs bulking right now and dont gain weight eating 3500 cals a day, so you gotta add alot more then that ....
 
then why am i putting on weight? i dont understand i feel that if i eat more food it will just go to my waist which some has, Im not saying you guys are wrong I just dont understand, is there some sort of foods im not adding in.

Uhm its just alot of the wrong foods and I think u need more. Read some threads on peoples bulking diets. U need more complex carbs was the first think i noticed probably more protein too. Do some more research and put a better meal plan together then we will critique it more.
