Since then I've managed to add some muscle but mostly drop body fat, from 185 to 175... Now it's time to add some weight.

Diet macros have been 60/30/10 P/C/F total daily calories equating to roughly 2700, a hair below maintenance.



Running beast, and only going to run it for 3 weeks. For PCT will run unleashed/post cycle combo + formastanzol + light clomid dose.

I'm currently on day 3, haven't noticed much yet but today is gym day so I'm a little excited to see what happens.


Macros for my beast run will look like 40/50/10 P/C/F total daily calories equating to roughly 3800-4000.

Why are u tapering off? Just run it at 30mg to day 21.
Also u have all ur cycle support supps in order?

I do have a question for those who have ran beast, does it take some time to kick in?

With helladrol I notice strength gains the first day I take it, haven't noticed much if anything with beast yet.

For me the Beast kicks in fast. About end of week 1 I'm more vascular, bigger pumps, more strength & weight. Recovery times go down etc. Have fun.
 
Day 5: nothing noticeably different, adding some chub from the excess calories... going to tone down to 3200 daily cals temporarily.

Bro...the beast kicks in start of week 2....ur weight and strength is gonna sky rocket. You'll be amazed.

Im doing a Beast/kata/rs transderm stack right now for 6 weeks...you can check my log out if u want...."Enter the Beast (log)".

Acne is going away.... I lowered carbs and today I noticed slight lethargy, time to bump it back up.
 
Was planning on 350grams split between 6 meals today but already increased it.... 450grams a day is what I was doing before and experienced no sides.
 
Past two days I've been getting some extreme morning wood...

Also started noticing the strength gains day 7-8...

Only sides experienced so far are lethargy and I can combat that with carbs + water, but I haven't felt anything bad in days.
 
Sorry bros, I've neglected this log so far.

Yesterday was at 189lbs so a good 14lbs in 15 days.

I've completely eliminated all oatmeal from my diet, the stuff causes me to retain water and look bloated like you wouldn't believe.

Surprisingly I've experienced no sides so far... Very comparable or even milder than a 75mg ed dose of helladrol.

I'm going to run this cycle the full 4 weeks now.
 
14lbs in 15 days! That's some damn good progress

I was thinking of picking of a bottle of Beast before they finally sell out, anything you recommend to stack it with?
 
Just grab all you can, I'm going to put in another order asap...


I also have to get myself a pair of lifting gloves as this strength boost is killing my hands. I used to work on cars frequently and it hardened the skin on my hands nicely but now there getting a bit soft.
 
Hey Bros, I'm just going to post an update because I think it's the most important part about the cycle so far.

Week 1 of PCT was the best week of the cycle, all subtle sides are completely gone, reduced carbohydrates finally and increased protein all the water weight has come off. I'm at 190lbs flat now from 196.

In this past week all muscle I gained actually popped in definition, I don't know if its the water or just the diet I've changed.

Progress pics 1 week into PCT, Very happy with the results now after this last week.

Vascularity is also now retarded.

I don't check bf by machine, but during the cycle it looked like a gained a fair amount of fat, specially my face. But the strange part is muscle definition never decreased.

Now in PCT these are my diet macros. 70/20/10 p/c/f @ 3000 daily calories which is pretty damn close to maintenance needs.

once you moved up to 30 mg ed how did you brake down your dosing? i know you want to spread it out 8 hrs between. i haven't opened my bottles yet. but are you actualy cutting them to half and doing 15 mg a dose? im running a similar cycle shortly. so i wanna be ready...

At 175lb near maintenance is not 2700 cals mate
 
At 20mg a day I would take a cap in the morning and one in the late evening.

At 30mg I would usually take them at morning,noon,late evening.
 
Guys also I've noticed this past week my aggression has gone through the roof and it's still getting worse.

Does beast have this effect after stopping?
 
What's your PCT looking like? I didn't get aggression really during beast or during PCT of beast. Maybe your estrogen is spiking changing your mood. Hard to say.
