MR. X Need your help!

Never Enough

New member
I'm new to the whole diet thing and was wondering if you could offer your assistance? I'm 25, 5'8", 155lbs, I'm guessing 11 to 12% bf. I've been working out for about 2 1/2yrs. When I started I was about 130lbs so I have gained some weight, but I feel I could do alot better with a dieting plan. Right now I pretty much eat anything and everything and try to make sure I get 200-250gm of protein. I saw this diet you posted for someone on another thread and was wondering if this would be adequate for me or if it was too much or too little.

08h00 (Meal 1)
- 6 whole eggs(raw or scrambled - no oil!)
· 1 cup of raw oats
· 1 tub of yogurt 175ml
-2tbsp. all natural peanut butter
· Coffee or tea (with canderel - no sugar!)

10h00 (Meal 2)
· 1 Chicken breast
· 2 slices brown toast
-1tbsp. all natural peanut butter
-Jelly (sugar free)
Make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich

12h30 (Meal 3)
-2 cans of water packed Tuna fish
· 1 Cup of cooked rice
· 1 cup of steamed vegetables
-1 tbsp. of flaxseed oil

15h00 (Meal 4)
- 1 large baked yam or sweet potato
· 1/2 lb. steak (8oz.)...chuck or sirloin
-1 cup vegetables
-1cup fruit
-1 tbsp. of flaxseed oil

18H00 (Post-workout meal)
- 2 scoops Whey protein (60-80 g)
-50 g carbs HIGH-GI

20h00 (Meal 6)
-9oz. of fish
· 1 cup of steamed vegetables
-1 cup brown-rice or oatmeal
-2 tbsp. of all natual peanut butter

Oh yeah I work out in the morning around 11:00. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

It is adequate in a way. But, I cannot be sure until I know your activity level. Therefore, I would recommend doing the "diet" for about 4 weeks, and seeing how it works with your body. I am sure it will do wonders for you.

If by activity level you mean how much I work out. I work out four times a week, but yeah I'm going to try it and see what happens! Thanks! One more thing should I switch the after workout shake for me to the morning and put the other meal in its place?

You can switch the post-workout shake to anytime you have your workout.
