Need help with cutting diet
I weigh 170 and I am looking for a simple plan to follow
I got lifting and cardio in check but the diet is whats really hard for me.
I will eat chicken, canned tuna, slice turkey breast, and whey protein as my sources of protein
as far as fat and carbs go I am not picky
It needs to be simple and easy to be put together to take along with me.
As far as drinking beverages should I stay away from fruit juices?
