Morning Cardio on empty stomach = BAD!

I am needing to lose a lot of weight and just getting my diet together...

should i take something in the morning before cardio to prevent muscle breakdown?

glutamine helps against muscle break down.

I've noticed that I sweat more if I do cardio in the afternoon then when I do it in the morning. What does that mean?
that means its hotter in the afternoon

morning cardio rocks!

it's a mood enhancer
it gives you energy for youre day job
it does not not prevent you from sleeping (as night cardio do)
fat is more easily burned
you can do it while it is not too hot
...

Morning cardio is over rated.

Sprint your ass off anytime of the day and you will get lean
I didn't notice any great fat loss in the morning, compared to teh afternoon. I still lost 1/4 inch of my waist per day either way.

Diet is still the main thing

Maybe the extra fat-loss I encountered with morning cardio was more indirect. Morning cardio reduces my appetite and enhances my daily mood. Then I recuperate before lifting in the evening. Nevertheless, I notice a difference week by week with morning cardio.

I have to agree. Diet is key. Getting up and doing AM cardio did nothing significant for me either.
