MILF69 - 12 Weeks Out for Figure...Need Honest Critiques!

Umm mate you cant argue with results I tried that 75-80% method and it burned muscle and found I looked flat. She has 12 weeks she is already in good nick why would she want to lose all that weight and muscle in a short time when she can go slow but steady and hold onto the majority of the muscle while stripping fat?

I've got some before and after photos of myself going from 13% to7% using this method over a period of time. It works.
The main focus here is diet anyway.

I think you waist needs to be smaller for figure. Nothing impossible if you are 12 weeks out. cardio like there is no tomorrow and proper diet and you should be there.

I cannot say anything as of definition, the pics are not good for that, but all that comes down to BF%, so cut and cut, if you did your work properly while bulking, it will show.

Well I think the shape thing that people are alluding to is that your shape is on the way to lean, I think you have some good shape on your legs, your shoulders are more petite and your waist is a bit more "boyish" than those who have more hip. TO that end, you have may have the problem of not being able to have a strongly defined "Y" shape just because that is how you are built. This is again, just based on your 12 week out pix - Some people are just built w/ less of a waist / hip ratio. And that's not to say you won't just lean out nicely and the whole appearance of a wider waist/narrower hips thing won't exist at 3 weeks out. I would just continue to do everything you can to build up your shoulders. Leaning out more will show more capping on your delts and just keep working on width in your shoulders / delts / lats. The cut of your suit bottoms can create the illusion of a narrower waist and more hip. I think you will come out fine w/ your bodyshape - first step is to see how you end up looking at competition leanness. Then for future reference, work on the areas to create that ""Y" shape. Shoulders are a very common issue in women and with focused training you can change your shape to a wider lat/shoulder width. And with excellent posing that isnt' just "the poses" they require, but also working on the best presentation of those poses for your body, you can get the best out of your body at comp time.
