"Too thick" ? Dude -thats why you call it 12 weeks out. On a competition diet, you can make dramatic changes that will blow your mind. She's in a great position to start a cutting diet. Not sure about running -- that's a fast way to get skinnyfat. THe most I would suggest to MILF is just to focus on developing her upper body more to balance and then just cut. There are some nice quad sweeps & shapes under that -- not to say she isnt' great for just "beach body" but for competition, bring it down to like 10 % bf and you will be drooling.

You will get more serious responses on the boards that Daisy Girl mentioned above, but of course here you will be a larger volume of responses and that oh so easy to get used to ego stroke. (plus a lot of dudes stroking it as evidenced above, lol @ doing a load of laundry).

You've got good size, with 12 weeks of diet and shedding of water you should do fine, look great.

Full body shots would be nice, no need to include face, but really to get a sense of anything that needs fine tuning you need to see a full body to check for balance/symetry, etc.

That's all I used to do is run 6-8 miles a day before I took up lifting. I try to keep that to about once or twice a week now, I still need to feed that running urge in me! I dont want to lose the muscle I've put on though and running does that for me. Now the real work begins kids! Thanks for backing me up girl!!!

Looking great for the 12WO mark. You'll look terrific by keeping on track and working hard. Best of wishes for you training.
