...If this happened just ONCE (whether I was the one he was treating disrespectfully or the guy that cleans the floors at the Home Depot) I would seriously reconsider being in his presence - PERIOD. Second time? I AM OUTTA THERE.

EXCELLENT point! How someone treats people who "serve" them in some capacity speaks VOLUMES about how they'll treat you. Having more money or a higher social position is never an excuse to treat others badly. Such behaviour is usually a dead giveaway they haven't had that money or position for very long (or maybe they don't have it at all!).
