just kidding......... i didnt have the workout of a century or anything. i had 2 pr's i was going for today, and i only set 1. oh well here's what happened.
ME Upper
3 Board Press - goal was 350. 315 went up like a warm up. so i got jazzed. put 340 on and it didnt move. ok set back i ll just try 330, moved it an inch, but that was it.
Clean and Press - 225 x 3 PR!!!!!! woot woot!!!! thats what i was going for. i just cleaned it once and then pressed it three times.
jm press - 135 x 2 x 3.
incline db press - 40's x 2 x 10.
db power cleans - 30's x 4 x 8.
hanging leg raises - 3 x 15 with 20 lbs inbetween my legs. did last 2 with bdy only.
i did actually clean 235, but it was the ugliest thing me or GOD or i think anyone has ever seen on a clean. but i couldnt press it.
