Hola all. I used to post on this board a bit way back maybe 2 months ago or so. Well I started at like 110 and made it to 125 with the weight lifting and stuff. but then soccer season started. We ran and ran and ran some more. sprints, distance, suicides etc. I'm back to 115 pounds. Had a game a while ago and noticed that being 115 pounds is okay, but for the most part really SUCKS. I'm fast and stuff, but when some 6 foot 160 pound mofo smashes into you OUCH. Is it still possible to gain some weight and play soccer too? I'll be content hitting 150 pounds.
