Hey I looked at the MAX-OT program. They have placed arms on tuesday and then wednsday shoulders, then thu: Back, and fri: Chest. Do U really think the arms will have enough time to recover when using them heavely again on the 3 following days(shoulders = using triceps, back using biceps, and whest Triceps...) What are your thoughts? Maybe it would be better to place arms in the end of the weeks, to get 2 days(saturday and sunday) off and to recover full?
