Has anyone ever used cable equipment or done calf raises on a machine, and while your lifting on it, the pulley machine jerks rather than flowing smoothly?
I don't know how to put this in proper terms; there are probably better words to describe the situation. Anyone know what to do in these situations? I'm tired getting shitty workouts because this those pulley machines jerk while I'm doing a set.
