lump in glute after first injection?

Ive had problems doing glute on my own, too funny positioning. My virgin quad got so crippled last time that i was handicapped for about a week. Barely able to lift my leg up in sitting position.

I really like delts, it is always a problem to aspirate though, i jerk that needle ALOT sometimes. You should try delts. Iam only injecting top 1ml so far though.
