I am trying really hard not to order any of the following foods right now....

a. indian
b. chinese

...they sound soooo good :p

1 cup oj
2 egg jalapeno jack omelette (1oz cheese)

9:45am
grande iced coffee w/half&half + equal

11:45am:
cottage cheese doubles

1pm:
Turkey sandwich (2 slices whole wheat bread, 4oz turkey breast, spicy mustard)

3:50pm:
tall cafe mocha (this is my treat for being so stressed out today)

7pm:
2 crackers w/ 1tbsp natural peanut butter

9:30pm:
1 scoop Syntrax Nectar protein shake

10:45pm:
5 crackers
1 can tuna
1 tbsp mayo

11:15pm:
1/2 piece pumpkin roll

Yeah I blew this day to shit, no excuses.

PT Stuff:
Superset DB front raises (thumb up) 3x10 5lbs with Lat Pulldown 3x10 35lbs
DB Front Raises 45 degree angle (thumb up) - 2x15 3lbs
DB Lat Raises (elbow bent at 90 deg.) - 2x15 5lbs
Seated Cable Row - 3x10 40lbs
Bench Press 3x10 25lbs

Non PT:
Back Hyperextensions 3x10 10lbs

Cardio:
20 min HIIT on eliptical - 1min normal 30 secs sprint
2min cool down
 
I must note the Naproxen I had to take at lunch (I don't just take this at bedtime, but 12 hours later too) left me quite drowsy. I was wiped out by the time I got home from work and really exhausted as I was working out. Not sure I want to take the during the day dose.

I did feel great this morning after the Valium and Naproxen before bed. My co-workers were all saying "well you're really lively this morning." LOL. I'm a bit of a grump in the morning normally :rolleyes:

Cheat meal tonight :p Indian food. Chicken Makhani, naan and got some Samosa to try since I had to have a certain amount to have it delivered. Also having a glass of shiraz and if all goes well I may drink the whole bottle.
 
Thanks I did enjoy the indian. Didn't really think the samosa was worth it, so I only had a few bites of that. And much to my chagrin, I don't even feel like drinking the wine... I'm that outta sorts :worried:
 
O wow. Well I guess I have to be with really good company to break out the wine & really enjoy it. I've got a bit of a wine stash started because I have this great wrought iron wine stand that I have to fill. I haven't popped one since before Xmas. I actually haven't had a drink since New Year's.

Well, start planning for next week's cheat meal!
