Low-Moderate dose anavar only for strength and speed gains

Hi all, I am new to this board but my background is: Strength/Olympic Lifting+Athletics for 3-4 years natural. I have done a lot of research into AAS and I have decided for my very first cycle (if I go through with it) I am going to take a low-moderate dose of anavar for around 6 weeks, mainly to see how I respond. My aims from this proposed cycle would be mainly strength orientated with size not being an issue at all. I would ideally look to increase my lifts by 10% minimum. I am at 9% bodyfat, so a drop would be good.



Could anybody please advice me on what dosage would be adequate to meet my aims?
I have read on this forum that some guys have seen improvements from 30mgs, would I see much shutdown from this? If so how long would I need to run PCT for on Nolva for example?

MOST of the men Ive worked with need at least 40mg per day for results. We typically use 40-60mg daily,,depending the athlete and goals.
 
I'd drop the dbol and run 50 mg var with 15 grams of creatine, both split into 3 doses daily.

You could also add in some primo tabs as well. Would stack very nicely with that.
