Many shitty diets work for the first few weeks for the person that is out of shape. take an obese person eating 7 meals at mcd a day. Cut down the meals to 5 a day on mcd and the fat will melt off. You see, at that weight your body is desperate to lose weight. I don't see why his diet, although very shity , could not have worked for him. I mean, you didnt even do cardio bro.
If you want it to work in the future I think you need a better put up cutting plan. When that happens, just post the question and we'll help ya out.
