Looking to put on MASS...My NEW diet....

Tell me what you think.....SC, c'mon...let me have it....

8:30am 4 whole jumbo eggs, 2 slices cheese, 2 pieces toast, and large glass of milk
- 11am oatmeal and whey shake
train at 1:30pm
- 3-3:30pm shake 100 grams dextrose, 50 grams whey
- 4:30pm steak, potatoes, large glass milk
- 7pm 1/2 container cottage cheese, large glass milk, peanut butter and jam sandwhich(heavy on the peanut butter)
- 9pm same as last meal
- 11-11:30pm whey shake in milk
- middle of the night I have another shake when I get up to piss
I also have 6 table spoons of EFAs per day
 
im too tired to calculate all your macros..you have em handy? all in all looks good..ive been using fat free cheese has higher protein and less sodium as well..throw in some chicken when u get tired of cottage cheese lol also tuna steaks super high in protein

I was thinkin the same thing......marcos please :)
 
too behonest, I dont count carbs, but I'm guessing they are in the 500 gram range, protein is between 400-500 per day, which is what I stress the most.
 
Maybe on meal 7:00 and 9:00 have a 6oz chicken breast and a cup of brown rice instead of a pj that way its a little cleaner carb than the jam and more protien less fat than peanut butter
 
Nahh..been super strict for 12 months.........I love the pb and j............give it a shot....nice clean bulking food!

I'd give my plethora of thoughts bro, but you've been given suggestions already, and responded with "nah".

So I really don't see a point. :xeye:

I don't want to make all kinds of suggestions, only to have them be ignored and/or not even considered. Just do the above and see how it goes. In all actuality, we can sit here and advise all day long, but you're going to have to work w/the above for many weeks, as no one here knows how that is going to affect you. You know your body and how to keep track of yourself.

If in a few weeks you are not happy, report what your progress/lack of has been, and I can then offer up suggestions that maybe then you'll incorporate.
