6'0 165 right now.

It's New Years and My goal is by the end of May to be 6'0 180-190. Just a goal. I am going out shopping around monday-tuesday to get the stuff but so far im making a costco run for.

Oatmeal (add 2 percent milk and brown sugar for flavor)
Kirkland frozen chicken breasts
canned chicken
frozen salmon fillets.
Whole Eggs,
Ground Meat(93% or better),
Brown Rice,
5 Meals a day im hoping but im in highschool so it might be hard. I am thinking.
1- breakfast
2- lunch around 10:00 at school
3- after school (2:15)
4- right before lifting (5:30)
*-lift 6:00-?
5- Protein Shake/Final Meal around 8:15 or later

I could use some ideas too, someone post some please! :)

Some advice---- do research, formulate a bulking diet, post it for critique. The foods you did post are all good, you just need to do research in order to understand how to split up the micros in each meal, which is alot of work that you must do. Sorry for the disappointment, but its your body, your time, thus your responsibility. But i will be more than happy to critique it.

Look to my link in this same forum: Macronutrient Chart, Diet, and Post This should link you to it. Just scroll down the page to my post reply and click link to attached file.

I replied to someone around your same bodyweight and put up macronutrient breakdown for a higher calorie diet. You may find it helpful as a guideline. Take care.
