Looking for CHest\back routine

im lookin for a chest routine.. i need to start rippin my chest and back...

also i am looking for a deadlift, hamstring trap routine...wich will b the next day

then thursday i got arms, and friday i got glutes calfs and hams

strength buliding
 
How bout

Bench
pullups
incline d-bell bench
puldowns
dips
t-bar rows

looking for good rep range to rip my chest..
and cadence

then ill throw in some pushups later that nite thursday and saturday as well...

as far as deadlifts are concernedi dont real kno how to d them..
possible routine

deadlift
RDL
leg curls
upright rows
BB shurgs
high pulls?

rep range?
 
During competition season, a few strongman friends of mine lift weights twice a week. On Tuesday they do the following:

Bench Press: 5 sets of 5 with 225
Barbell Rows: 5 sets of 5 with 225

They go from one set to the other set...and back to the bench press again...all sets as fast as possible.
