Well finally got into the gym this morning for some cardio, 40 minutes and 683 calories on elliptical. the past week has been rough with getting to the gym and as it is I didn't make it yesterday and today isn't looking like its going to happen either

Have def cheated on diet a bit this weekend as well, so not feeling good because of that either.
Really feeling discouraged as of late, scale isn't really moving a lot and sometimes it seems like its going up and I am having a hard time judging whether or not my bodyfat is going down (if it is I don't care if the scale is moving up but I am simply not sure, I feel like I am just where I was at the beginning of competition, maybe a bit better actually but not by too much).
I am also going to go see dr next week and get some bloodwork done because I want to see where my hormone levels are as i feel they might be low (ive been doing research of signs and symptoms of
Low test and have to say I think I am showing a lot of the signs which sucks cuz if I am that would possibly mean trt and I'm going to be turning 28 next month). I also need a new dr anyway so might as well get both done at same time. This dr, and his wife, also does bodybuilding so it seems like it will be a perfect fit.
