Haha no idea about AB sorry bro. I was always under impression that o blood types were on the rarer side.
 
O's and A's are most common. AB is the rarest. I wonder what they'd pay you to give blood CS. You should look at that for a way to make some money maybe? :)
 
Lol, firstly they don't pay you to give blood in the uk. Second AB is only good for AB but type ABs can take type A or B blood. So not a massive call for AB :)

Do they still want your blood if you've been injecting juice? One of the things that precludes you from donating here is injectable drug use (if it ain't prescribed) also male homosexuals can't give blood here, not sure why, maybe they're afraid it can be passed on...

Not sure never been on juice when donating. Prob wouldn't tell em either haha.
 
Well finally got into the gym this morning for some cardio, 40 minutes and 683 calories on elliptical. the past week has been rough with getting to the gym and as it is I didn't make it yesterday and today isn't looking like its going to happen either😠.

Have def cheated on diet a bit this weekend as well, so not feeling good because of that either.

Really feeling discouraged as of late, scale isn't really moving a lot and sometimes it seems like its going up and I am having a hard time judging whether or not my bodyfat is going down (if it is I don't care if the scale is moving up but I am simply not sure, I feel like I am just where I was at the beginning of competition, maybe a bit better actually but not by too much).

I am also going to go see dr next week and get some bloodwork done because I want to see where my hormone levels are as i feel they might be low (ive been doing research of signs and symptoms of
Low test and have to say I think I am showing a lot of the signs which sucks cuz if I am that would possibly mean trt and I'm going to be turning 28 next month). I also need a new dr anyway so might as well get both done at same time. This dr, and his wife, also does bodybuilding so it seems like it will be a perfect fit.

Keep your head up brown. I too was going through the same thing and just had to measure from the way my clothes were fitting for a while there and then all the sudden my weight finally started dropping after 3 months of being frustrated now I swear everytime I get in the scale it drops. You will break through that point too. Keep pushing and don't even look at the scale for a week or two. That's what I did so that I wouldn't discourage myself. And its OK if you cheat the diet every once and a while we all do. Its called treating yourself the key is getting back on track after you do. Keep pushing.

Thanks you guys really appreciate it. It seems that I am in a real rough spot right now and it's super frustrating. I have the dr appointment so I am goin to have him check my levels anyway.

Seems like muscle isn't going on, far isn't coming off and I am just stuck right now.

I don't know, feeling depressed a bit. Will still go to the gym and push myself and hopefully I can get things going but who knows.
