Which bruise? The recent one I did on leg day is on my hamstring. The massive one was from last year and was my groin and thigh with pooling down onto hamstrings.

Sorry for confusion I don't get it from rack pulls. I got it on Sunday from doing legs. Probably from hard squeezes on seated hamstring curls or good mornings...

Not bad workout but not great but didn't want to destroy myself either after being out for 2 days with leg issues so I feel pretty good. Kept the weights a bit lighter too.
Was able to do cardio this morning, seems like legs are back to functioning as they should. 15 mins elliptical and 15 on stairs, 550 calories. 1 oxyelite pro and 3 n2burn, def got a good sweat lol.
