Thanks man. Yeah I love bending bars lol they bend all the time for shrugs :D

Which bruise? The recent one I did on leg day is on my hamstring. The massive one was from last year and was my groin and thigh with pooling down onto hamstrings.
 
Ive never seen that before. Getting a brusie from rack pulls.
You must be doing hella damage to the muscle fibers which I think could be a good thing.
But then again maybe your actually did damage or maybe your just a bleeder.
Is this normal for you LG? When you do heavy lifts.

Sorry for confusion I don't get it from rack pulls. I got it on Sunday from doing legs. Probably from hard squeezes on seated hamstring curls or good mornings...

First day back since Monday, legs still a bit achy but I got shoulders today which I feel I can do. 3 n2burn and gear let's see what happens.

Sauna

Not bad workout but not great but didn't want to destroy myself either after being out for 2 days with leg issues so I feel pretty good. Kept the weights a bit lighter too.
 
Was able to do cardio this morning, seems like legs are back to functioning as they should. 15 mins elliptical and 15 on stairs, 550 calories. 1 oxyelite pro and 3 n2burn, def got a good sweat lol.
