why do these help you though if your deading big weight, theyre just your body weight ?
its for restoration purposes, pumping fluid into the spine and erectors. Decompression etc
The ball makes your spine flex - all good, otherwise you may as well do exercises that staticly contract the erectors, and most deadlift exercises do that anyway
