Alright ...
My back is feeling a lot better than yesterday. After the injury, I sat at the gym and stretched for like 15 or 20 minutes. When I got home, I popped 3 Motrin, and applied ice and heat in 30 minutes intervals. Today it's feeling much better. I'm soon gonna take a couple more Motrin and try to relax. Not gonna work though, cause I have to go to work.
