Let me hear some suggestions

Im changing my split now, and i want to hear some suggestions. I was going to try HIT, but after reading Mike mentzer's book im really at a loss there. ive tried Max OT, and enjoyed that. Maybe i should give HST a try. Right now ive been doing something basic, one muskle group a day basically. 8-12 reps, 3 sets per exercise. i would like a 2-4 splitt, maybe a little heavy training, for about 8-12 weeks. what do you guys got for me?

One suggestion is

Day 1. Squats - Hamstrings - Calves - Abs
Day 2. OFF
Day 3. Incline/Flat/Dumbell Press - Shoulder Press - Traps - Triceps
Day 4. OFF
Day 5. Deadlift - Rows - Chinups - Biceps
Day 6. OFF
Day 7. Go back to Day 1

Right, goals and stats could be helpful. Also bear in mind that you do not always have to follow a set system. You can build and modify a routine based upon your current needs, but also take into account alot of individual variables such as time constrants, rate of covery, etc.

6'2, 220 right now. Bf around 7-8%. Just looking to keep adding muscle mass.

I know what you are saying man. I always make my own programs. But i wanted to try something completely different this time. So a good wy of doing that is asking others. im looking into the Dual factor training. My only concern is that i cannot train my legs heavy because of an ancle injury. it prevents me from doing any pressing movments with my legs.
