LEGS in 4hrs/ need uplifting input, no pun intended!!!!!

Its Leg day and Im 4hrs out psyching myself up now. Heres the question.

Current workout:

3 sets hack squats
3 sets leg presses
1 set squats just enough wieght to barely get 20 reps
3 sets leg extensions

On squats Im currently getting 20 reps w/ 255 as to the floor. Should I get rid of 1 excersise and do for ie. 3 sets of 5 squats heavy as possible. lets say 375 or so. Im looking to put on size FYI.
 
agreed with thiabox.......... ditch the hack, or at least swith them. ie 3 sets of heavy squats.......... leg press...........1 set of 20 hack.

Heres a better routine:

MEAT AND POTATOES

1. Squats - 4 to 5 warmup sets, 1 all out set

STRENGTHENING ASSISTANCE AREAS: HAMS AND LOWER BACK

2. Stiff Leg Deads or Good Mornings - 3 to 4 warmups, 1 all out set

QUAD ASSISTANCE WORK:

3. Leg Presses or Leg Extensions - 2 to 3 warmups, 1 all out set

Really, thats all you need!

Intensity is the key.
 
I like that theory of " Less is More". I may try the super intensity route on 1 all out set. Cant hurt. Thx Louden
