Its Leg day and Im 4hrs out psyching myself up now. Heres the question.
Current workout:
3 sets hack squats
3 sets leg presses
1 set squats just enough wieght to barely get 20 reps
3 sets leg extensions
On squats Im currently getting 20 reps w/ 255 as to the floor. Should I get rid of 1 excersise and do for ie. 3 sets of 5 squats heavy as possible. lets say 375 or so. Im looking to put on size FYI.
