Squats 335 5x5 today all sets were pretty good except the last one each rep was real painful and I felt like i was gonna puke. But hell that's what lifting is about.
SLDL 235 2 sets for 10 reps using fingertip grips. Nice burn all around.
Leg ext 2 sets 170 for 10 reps each nice and easy got a good pump too
calf raises 300 4 sets of 15
all in all pretty good day considering I had only 4 hours of sleep
