M ManOSteel New member Dec 6, 2001 #1 Hi all, I just had a PB on the leg press (18 45lb plates)=810 lbs, I was able to do 3 reps, but if I drop 2 plates I can do 7-10. I was wondering if this is a "good" press...I am 5'8, 185 lbs ~9%bf. Comments welcome, Thanks Iron Brothers...
