I may try them seated this week. Normally what I'll do is a 4-5 drop set set. I'll start with like the 55's and do 5 (these are a little cheat style) and immediately drop to 44's fro 5, then 33's, then 22's (or so). Every set gets a little stricter to where the last set is EXTREMELY strict.
One drop set...works for me. I also do my overhead pressing on another day and the laterals come after lat, bicep, flat bench, and hang snatches.
