late night eating,

My goals are to put on weight I want to get around 215, but with all the running from lax I'm goin to be burning everything up.... 3 eggs wen I wake up and some toast n turkey bacon, full meal on lunch, meal around 330 meal at 5 then around 7-9..... The diet is fairly good no junk like candy, chocolates, pop, processed stuff...

Gotta eat more than this bro. I eat more than that when i'm trying to lose weight. I'm cutting now and for breakfast (post cardio) i just had 1cup egg whites (about 6 jumbo eggs), 1/4cup egg beaters, 2 whole grain pitas, 1oz almonds.

Read a bunch of threads in this forum and you'll find something you can use. Good Luck

Hols,

You can make easy prtable protein bars from oats and isolate. Almonds are full of cals and EFA - carry em would and just eat handfulls here and there.

Slow digesting protein at night, preferebly with fats. Casien protein is good, cottage cheese, eggs are good but not as slow digesting as casien. Add in natural peanut butter/ olive oild to bedtime shakes for extra cals and slower digestion.

Remember - you needto stay Nitrated all the time (positive) ie there are constantly proteins in your blood to grow. Night time is when you fast for like 8 hours so slow digesting proteins are essential..an if you happen to wake up in the middle of the night...hanfulla Almonds bro!
