I eat every 3 hours of the awakening day. Complex carbs (oatmeal, whole grain bread, brown rice and even whole grain pasta) Clean protein ( chicken, egg whites, lean steak, lowfat cottage cheese and yogurt and lots of protein powder from Prolab N-Large). Fats from eggs and flaxseed oil and olive oil.
Supplement with saw pameto, milk thisle, ester C, Joint connection and drink an N-large or eat 2 cups of cottage cheese in the middle of the night every night. Drink tons of water.
