Contest on May 18th...here is what I have in mind.
Wed: box squats, 275 +heavy and med and light (not choking the light though) x 8 sets of 2
pull throughs, purple band, 4 sets of 15
Rev Hypers, 4 sets of 8
Standing Calf raises
Friday: speed bench press, 225 x 8 x 3 reps
1-5 board press, sets of 3 315-365
Incline bench press, 275 x 2 sets of 3-5 (not intense at all)
Light rows or lat movement, 2-3 sets
light dbell curls, 2-3 sets
Sunday: Moderate ME day, Heavy Events day
Wed: box squats: 275 plus single looped heavy bands, 8 sets of 2
pull throughs, purple bands, 4 sets of 20
Rev Hypers, 4 sets of 8
Standing Calf raises, 4 sets

What do you think? I have been doing my speed squats with the heavy and med bands choked tight with 275. This week I was thinking about doing them the same but adding the light bands non-choked.
I am using light weight and high band tension to help with my explosiveness in my events.
