Largest amount of Protien absorbable at once?

that "30" or "60" grams is all the body can take in a sitting is not true. A 150pd male will not be able to absorb the same amount of a 250pd male. That old stigma of exact amounts is totally false. I have read a couple places that the body can digest as much protein you give it. AS far as absorbtion rate it all depends on the person. If you are training hard why worry about how much protein you can absorb? Get as much as possible. As far as anyone saying "it is hard on your kidney's"..that plays no bearing unless you previous problems with your kidney's.
 
remember that the body can only absorb 50grams of liquid protein at the same time. Solid protien is digested over a longer period of time. Again, it will vary with individual. One bodybuilder told me once, " you can never eat enough protein". I guess if thats your mentality, you'll always shoot for the most protien you can handle. Then again, you don't want to over do it.
 
Damn, I have 60-70 per meal. 230`s now. I`ve never done a cycle either.
 
I read that a high protien intake causes your test to drop because high protien causes natural test to be excreted through your urine. I say a minimum of 30 g per meal is good for the average 180 lm male. I would also say that 50 should be the max, It is much better to eat 30 grams, more times per day, than to eat 50 fewer times. I belive that the only time you could handle over 50 is maybe for your pwo meal. And then i think 50 would be enough and over 60 would be overboard. This is assuming that you are eating complete protien sources, like eggs or meat. I try not to eat more than 50 anymore, I noticed that over 45 per meal only manages to make me gain more fat. It is much more productive to have more carbs than you need than to have more protien than you need, if you are bulking.
 
Thats what I want...to make sure I don't get excess and it turns to fat. I want to ride that fine line but not go over it.
 
Your body actually adapts to eating more protein and you can build it up to a point where you can easily absorb 80-100g of protein a sitting.
