shopping trolley lol!!! is that the term out there? we say shopping cart or wagon...but i think i'm going to start saying trolley now! my fiance always makes fun of me b/c i call it a wagon....now i'm goign to start in with this trolley buisness :p

working all day....eating all day...and then my fiance has a doctors appointment and then dinner i think....so on nights like these i like to have what i call independence parties. now that she lives with me i hardly ever have any private time in my apt....so i'll prob watch some sports classics on tv in the living room which i am never allowed to do...friends and everybody loves raymond is the required viewing there...maybe make one blender drink or have a guiness and relax until the whore gets back.

Wagon, Cart??? :lmao: Shopping trolley! We have to put £1 in it first.. Then we can smash it into other people.. Like bumpy cars in fun fairs! I'm gonna start calling it a Cart!

Love spending time alone.. I'm glad I have this house to myself! Everybody loves raymond!! My fav.. Brought Series 3 of Nip/Tuck.. Gonna watch that all night with some jelly and nuts..

today's weight is 170lbs....been fluctuating around 168-170 for the past week or so...bf guessing at 10% i'll have to use my little gadget tonight and see. i was just about 8% or so at 163....i really want to get to 7% this time at the same weight...we'll see what happens.

today's diet

meal 1
- ON whey with 1/4 cup of oats
- 1 gluc, vits, and green tea

meal 2
- 3 whole eggs + 1 cup of eggwhites


meal 3
- 5 oz dijon mustard chicken w/ wild rice

meal 4
- 1 can of tuna

PWO On whey....just cardio today so no carbs post

meal 5
- more fawking chicken...prob with some multigrain pasta and green beans

meal 6
- cutting this out i think....2 tbsp of anpb (i've been good bunz :verygood: ) but when i wake up the next day without having the anpb i feel tighter and def look tighter so i think it got the axe as of this post!

macros will be around 2100 today

TRAINING!!
i did arms today...just got back and downed my PWO shake....still starving but gonna wait that 1 hour to eat again. first time i have done mor then 4 sets of of bi's and tri's in months so wasn't quite sure of what the volume should be. i stopped when i thought i should stop. anyway....here it goes

bi's
- standing curls 60x5, 80x5, 90x5, 100x5, 110x5 ..wish i could say this was a PR b/c it sure felt fawking heavy...but it wasn't. not quite sure how long i'm suppossed to rest in btwn those light sets of 5....the first 3 are kind of a joke and i wait about 1 minute before i go back in....the last 2 sets i waited about 1-2 minutes.

- standing db curls 40x12, 45x10

- one arm preacher 30x10, 35x6

- concentration curls 25x12, 30x10

tri's
- pushdowns 3x12,10,8 the weight is all screwed up on the cable machines...not really sure the exact weight....i finished my last set at 80lbs...which is 2 racking it...i think it's prob like 140lbs or something...not sure. all i know is that my triceps have def gotten stronger in the past year....partly b/c my shoudlers have been feeling better and i'm able to do more weight...

- skull crushers 70x15, 80x12, 90x10

- bench dips did these free weight b/c the freaking plate wasn't sitting right on my lap...so i did 2x25 ....let me tell you something...i def didn't need the weight to get a good workout in

abs

hanging leg raises 3x15

rope crunches 3x20


overall great workout....i'm sure i'll be sore tomorrow b/c of the volume change...but i welcome it. hoepfully they won't be too sore where i can't drive my new 4runner out of the dealer's lot tomorrow! :chomp:
 
thx ll...weekend was great!! picked up my new 4runner :) rides great...just gonna have to get used to how big it is. tried parrell parking yesterday ona busy street..pretty nerve racking lol

Don't care about other drivers whilst parking! People have no patience these days.. One guy tried to over take me a while back.. He didn't succeed! I pissed him off by driving 25mph!!! LOL.. That was a good day!

I love big cars.. You could do so much in there... (you get my naughty point right?)

My weekend was kinda busy! Another busy day tmw and then its chilled out!!

Jump on the treadmill later.. Start making meals for the week too...

Whats the plan for you today?? Yoga? Massage? Facial?
