bunz- well, the A is exactly the weekend before my wedding...3/10. so i'm going to have to skip it. but i did tell julie (fiance) that i need to either go there or the Mr. O one year...obviously the A would be cheaper...i would prob drive...i think about 7 hours from me. it sucks b/c i def want to meet all you fawkers lol!

thx ll...we're not exchanging gifts..at least i'm not exchanging gifts hahaha. planning this wedding has really put a dent in my wallet

meal 1
- ON whey with 1/4 cup of oats
- 1 gluc
****ran out of green tea and vits...

meal 2
- 1 cup of eggwhites

meal 3
- 10oz sirloin steak (fat was cut off and cooked on the foreman)
- 1 can of green beans

meal 4
- 1 can of tuna

PWO on whey and a banana (usually have 1/2 cup of oats here but going to eat some multi grain pasta for meal 5 so i'm skipping it)

meal 5
- ground turkey chili with green and red peppers
- multi grain pasta

meal 6
- handfull of almonds maybe 1oz

Total: 2255

Fat: 61 552 26%
Sat: 19 169 8%
Poly: 12 111 5%
Mono: 22 197 9%

Carbs: 108 361 17%
Fiber: 18 0 0%

Protein: 306 1224 57%

Alcohol: 0 0 0%

it was fun...i made turkey chili and watched the GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEMEN beat up on the cowboys. the woman was non thrilled and read her book as i clapped and cursed lol. very unromantic...i didn't even get anniversary head or anything cool like that :p

yesterday's training

chest ****absolutely hate training chest b/c of my shoulders!
- hammer strength 4x15,12,8,6

- incline smith machine 135x20, 155x15, 175x12, 185x10, 205x3 racked it b/c my shoulders felt extremely uncomfortable...if my shoulders felt good would have been able to do 7 easy

-db flyes 20x15, 25x12, 30x8 ran the rack on these....maybe about 15 seconds rest in btwn tops.

-cable crossovers 1x12

pretty pissed b/c i knew i could do more and my chest needed to do more but y shoulders saidd enough for today....so i went and trained back like a mad man!

back

- pull ups did this with palms facing each other...much harder i think then wide grips i think. 3x15,11,9 waited about 1 minute in between...was very surprised i got 9 on the last one since my rest period was short.

- seatd rows 120x15, 140x12, 165x9

- hammer strength rows 3x15,12,10

- lat spreads (no clue what the name of this exercise is lol) 1x15

calves
leg press machine 180x15, 230x12, 270x12

abs
- hanging leg raises 3x15-20
- rope crunches 3x25 actually lowered the weight and did more reps instead of 12 concentrated ones where i hold for 3 seconds...def felt better for some reason.

5 minutes on the elliptical
