i am a beirut junkie! i don't mean to brag...but i'm sort of a big deal. we won the first 14 games we played...and then i don't remember much lol. i know bunz i know...i gotta cut down on the booze :verygood:

i don't know who that kid was actually...def not in the cirlce of trust if you know what i mean. everyone i asked had no clue...he said he worked with someone that didn't even attend the party... whom i'm not even good friends with...extremely weird. i honestly think he was pirate crashing :mix:

i'll show my finance (ok..just realized i wrote finance instead of fiance...extremely fitting so i'm going to leave it as is :evil: ) this tonight...she'll be excited you said that about ther. she asks all the time..."i want to look like that bunny girl" lol

awesome!! count me in...i'll get the shirts made...on the front it will say beirut champs with a pic of a ball going into a solo cup...and then tank and sarge for the names on the back! haha...what a site that would!

yesterday's training

ok so i switched things up...again lol. i'm tired of the 3 day split whole body workout. i'm craving the soreness like i used to have so i went back to my old routine

mon - chest/back/abs
tues - legs/calves
wed - shoulders/abs
thurs- cardio
friday- arms/abs/calves

chest
- hammer strength 3x15,12,8
- cable cross overs 3x15,12,8
- machine presses 3x15,12,8
- dips 1xtf

back
- pull ups 3x12,12,10
- hammer strength 3x15,12,8
- rows 3x15,12,8
- rope pull overs 1x15

felt great really hitting the muscle group hard as opposed to teasing it with a few hard sets then hitting it 2 days from then again. today is legs...i'll prob do presses, extensions, lunges, and curls then finish with calves. i want to do like 10 minutes on ellipitical after...if my legs are fried i'll skip...if i can bear it i'll do it :)


todays diet

meal 1
- shake with 1/4 cup of oats
- green tea, 1 gluc, vits

meal 2
- 2 cups of eggwhites

meal 3
- 6oz grilled chicken
- 3/4 cup of wild rice (only thing i notice is the sodium is a little high. only 1g of sugar and high in fiber...like 5g)
- 2 gluc

meal 4
- 1 can of tuna

PWO shake with 1/2 cup of oats...hopefully the woman brings home bananas tonight so i could throw them in there too :)

meal 5
- grilled chicken and green beans

macros should read around 2000 cals

I knnow what you mean about feeling them. Like I said to ck, that hurt sooooo good feeling, LOL.

Looks like a blast at the partee. Your finance looks sweet. The kind of girl you could have some fun with, I don't necessarily mean that in a dirty way. :verygood: Allthough that works, too, LOL. :p

ll- where the hell have you been?? no, no funny stories yet this week. i sort of have one but it's not that funny...just sort of ironic. when i have a little more time i'll mention it briefly

yesterday's training

legs
- leg presses 90x20, 180x15, 220x12, 270x8 ***my left knee felt ok...def sore today getting out of bed but as long as i don't overload on the weight and really concentrate on contraction and time under tension i think i will see some noticeable progress

- machine squats 4x of continous reps...i was getting like 18 at first and then my last set i think i got about 10...wasn't really counting. only rested about 30-45 secs in btwn sets. this machine is really helpful fpr my back as there is a back rest which stabiizes my lower back so there is no pain on the decent. my legs were fried after this...

-curls 2x15

- quad extensions 2x12

-db lunges 1x10

calves
- 2x20 on some shitty machine they have there. smith machine was taken so i couldn't use that. :(

abs
- leg raises superset w/ rope crunches 3x12-15

no cardio....

ok...well the lady that yelled at me on the shuttle bus was standing at the train station waiting for the bus to pick us up after work. now just like there is a line that forms at the apt building...there is one that forms at the path train except not as orgainzed beacuse there are people walking everywhere.

ok...so this line forms across the street from the train station....the shuttle bus makes continous runs dropping people off at the train and picking them up until 8:30pm. well the drop off is right at the train station....there is an overpass there so people like to stand there when it's raining and what not and the run across the street when they see the bus so their not standing in the pouring rain the whole time waiting.

ok so i tried to give you a good visual...line forms across the street to go home got it?? good......yesterday it was absolutely pouring and of course i didn't have an umbrella...so i waited under the over pass for the bus....and guess who is standing next to me...the dike of course. so we wait there for like 10 minutes...and then i see the van so i run across the street and wait in the unmerciful line of people anxiuosly awaiting to get in. we start to file in and i notice the dike is nowhere to be found.....i'm like wow that's weird....she's a big loser so i can't imagine she's cool enough to have friends to pick her up or anything like that. whatever i put that aside b/c that whore should not take up any of my thinking time...

so i hop in the van and who is in the front fawking seat??? THE DIKE!!!! i was like woah woah woah.....wtf?!?!?! this bitch yelled at me for waiting outside my building for the van where no one else was waiting and in my mind considered a seperate line....meanwhile this street walker decided hey it's raining and i don't have an umbrella....so i'm going to stand at the drop off point and have the van pick me up before it gets to everyone else.

did i let this slide??? of course not....i had to say somethign but i wanted to be tactful. when we got out of the van and inside the building we both checked our mail...i noticed it was aperfect opportunity to say something and let her have a taste of her own medicine...i honestly could have cared less if it was anyone else b/c that shit doesn't bother me...i'm not still in grammer school but since she yelled at me i wanted to let her know the score. so she closed her mailbox and i closed mine...i walked by her still completely drenched and said with a huge grin "wow...your pretty stealth to have dodged all those rain drops. look at me ...i'm soaked!" she said nothing and we parted ways....

more like vengeance then funny......but still log worthy i think
