ok...getting a little bored with my current routine. was thinking about doing a 5x8 rep scheme with my lifts....
close grip bench
rows
front presses
barbell curls
lying extensions with an ez curl bar
not sure what to do with legs...would love to squat but i think i'll stick with leg presses. also not sure if this might be too much in one day...i would plan on doing this mon/wed/fri i'll give it a go tonight...experimentation is key!

Ouu changing things up... and you're cutting too, I see good things in your future ( as long as you stay away from late night PB Rendezvous & excess Booze... )

i've actually been pretty good with the food bunz my problem has been the lack of motivation for cardio....and my hectic schedule which inevitably leads to booooooze. but i'm working on it ok?
