i have no specific time frame...maybe that's why i'm so care free about my alcohol consumption. i should prob just set a meaningless date....that would keep my eye on the prize!

i can def arrange this...i can hijack the shuttle bus and go cross country...plenty of room for water, coolers packed with food and plenty of space to...well...uhm...right. lol
as far as cutting...i'll prob cut for another 12 weeks....and then bulk again for like 6...
 
How tall are you again? Just curious... cuz our weight is the same.. I'm guessing you're shorter then me though... :)

just tell her your going on a road trip to visit hot chicks with jp...if she can't understand that then that's just real shallow on her part lol

yesterdays training

legs
- squats 135x12 ...stopped after the first set...was really bothering my back and i honestly don't know if i can do these with proper form like i used to.
- leg presses 2x10 3 plates each side one set i did legs up high and second i did down low

- leg extensions 2x12

- leg curls 2x12

- dumbell lunges 1x15 30lbs

- calf raises 2x12

legs really piss me off b/c i know they are stronger then what i can do....it's either my back or my knee fawking shit up...it actually makes not want to lift legs at all....but whatever. extensions, presses and curls don't bother me...not sure how much muscle i can build sans squats :(

then i did 15 minutes on treamill at 13% incline walking 2.7....
