***totally exhausted on that last set....i wanted to end up hitting 135 for 6 but with doing so many working sets before that was not a possibility. i'm not going for strength so i really don't care if i hit it or not...just as long as i'm working my ass off!
unilateral side delts- 30x15 35x12 40x10 not sure why...but my side delts are pretty strong lol. my form was pretty good...no swaying...concentrated on the side delts raising the dbs
one arm rear delts on cables 3x15,12,10
db shrugs 80x15 85x15 85x15 ***wish i could go heavier my it kills my back getting them off the rack
