As far as my back workout....felt good. Didnt try that new lift but I am starting to try pryamid training with my back. Start real slow and light. gradually work up the wieght and then back down. Felt better then ever before. Still my inner back is real sore-lower traps area with slight soreness in lats...but that is much better then usual. Pisses me off because I jsut cant seem to get my Bicieps from doing some of the work. Exspecially with good form....Er. Outta creatine as well. I dont know if I will ever do it again. Food is my best suppelment. The more I eat the more I lift. Period. It doesnt seem to matter what I eat I havent put on any more fat and am getting much stronger.... prob has something to do with being 19...i dunno. I dont go nuts with fats or carbs.. but I have a fair share. Cardio seems to do the most changes. And with working construction this summer I should have plenty of cardio throught the day. CK....yea im taking time off of welding
