Yeah but only for boosts throughout the day usually 3 max. 1 am and maybe 2 midday if i feel like i'm going to crash before my workout.

Nice bro... I was thinking of combining Delts and chest too that way if I did do just delts tonight they would most likely be less functional the next day.. but if i combined or supersetted some exercise chest and delts... hmmm, i dunno yet, if i do, go that route i gotta start eating more in preparation for a long workout, lol.
