4. Cottage Cheese with flax seed oil, cinnamin, nutrasweet
I usually try not to eat after 6pm, but I don't really know if that will affect a keto diet or not .. my initial hunch is that it won't effect it because you can't store fat without insulin.

Where would u do a keto diet relative to a cycle? If the whole idea of AS is to lift heavy to get the best gains, how would you be abe to do that while running on no carbs??
